C&G Containers offers a range of high-quality soil sampling devices and kits that comply with EPA SW-846 Method 5035 and other industry standards. Our products ensure accurate VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) analysis and maintain sample integrity throughout the process.
5035 Sample Preservation Kits
These kits include preserved 40mL VOA vials, certified for VOC analysis, and are pre-cleaned to meet EPA standards. Each vial comes with a Certificate of Analysis and features open-top caps with low-bleed 0.125″ PTFE/silicone septa. All kits are prepared with tamper-evident seals for added security.
- Sodium Bisulfate Vials: Contain 5mL of 20% organic-free DI water and sodium bisulfate. Tare weighted and come with stir bars.
- Methanol Vials: Available with 5mL or 10mL of purge and trap grade methanol. Tare weighted.
- DI Water Vials: Contain 5mL of organic-free DI water. Tare weighted and come with stir bars.
Stir Bars are available for purchase separately.
Soil Sampling Tools
We offer a selection of disposable Terra Core and Encore Samplers and reusable T-Handle tools for soil collection:
- 5g & 10g Terra Core® Sampler – Designed for precise soil sampling.
- 5g En Core® Sampler – Ideal for accurate VOC analysis.
- 25g En Core® Sampler – A larger sampling tool for extensive soil collection.
- En Core® T-Handle – Works in conjunction with En Core® Samplers for ease of use during soil collection.
5035 Preserved VOA Vials
Our preserved VOA vials are designed for the highest standards of VOC analysis and come with pre-cleaned certifications. Available in the following options:
- Sodium Bisulfate Vials: Contains a 5mL solution of 20% organic-free DI water and sodium bisulfate.
- Methanol Vials: Purge and trap grade methanol, available in 5mL or 10mL without stir bars.
- DI Water Vials: Organic-free DI water, tare weighted with stir bars.
